Join us at this drop-in workshop to learn the process of making paper by hand. We will use recycled scrap paper and a variety of plant fibers to make the pulp, including cattails, cotton, and milkweed. If you have any flowers, leaves, or small paper items that you would like to embed in your sheets, please feel free to bring them with you! All other materials will be provided. Each participant will be able to pick up their paper the next day (or at their earliest convenience) once they are dry. This is the first workshop at the Red Hook Community Center’s Makerspace!
