Join me in a collaboration between the Dartmouth Library Book Arts Workshop and the Dartmouth Organic Farm to begin the process of making dyes for drawing, printing and dyeing cloth and paper. We’ll meet at the Organic Farm and walk around the area to identify and forage for pigment-rich plants. Be sure to wear comfortable clothes and shoes that you don’t mind getting messy. We’ll find the ingredients in this session, and make and use the dyes in a later session.
