I’m dancing in this year’s Midwinter Revels performances with Revels North! Come enjoy a variety of festive folk song and dance including Morris, Longsword, Abbots Bromley, clog dance, and more.
“Join us for a very special year as we take the Midwinter Revels on the road for the first time. In preparation for our 50th year in 2024, we will be reviving magical moments from past productions and bringing them back to life with a very special celebratory touring show full of music, dance, community singing, special guests and more. Directed by Alex Cumming with Sharon Groblicki (Revels Kids) and Laurel Swift (Dance). This show at the Mascoma High School Auditorium will feature special guests Jeremiah McLane & Tim Cummings”
Revels North is a non-profit arts organization providing year-round, multi-generational programming which celebrates the power of traditional song, dance, storytelling and ritual.
“The great success of the Revels is that while it refers to ancient traditions, the program itself has become a living tradition.” – The New York Times
